Follow up appointment 130 EUR
Additional costs for material or therapies can accumulate. The patient is informed about the precise amount beforehand if additional costs accumulate.
PD Florian M. Kovar, MD performs all patients related matters in person. Personal service during all steps of the patient treatment is guaranteed 24/7.
Cancellation policy: If you want to cancel an appointment this is no problem. In your own interest we urge you to cancel your appointment as soon as you know about the fact that you cannot come to the scheduled appointment – at least 24h before the scheduled appointment – in writing at ordination@doz-kovar.at. Appointments not being canceled 24h before will be charged in the full amount of the appointment. In relation to this issue we refer to the actual AGBs of PD Florian M. Kovar, MD.
If you have a private insurance PD Florian M. Kovar, MD welcomes you as a patient in his private practice. Payment will be done direct and a reimbursement by your insurance company will be performed for all fees for out-patient services depending on your individual insurance coverage. In-patient services in a private hospital will be covered directly depending on your insurance company.
Please check with your personal adviser at the insurance company before possible fees accumulate and ask for a written guarantee of coverage.
If you have no private insurance PD Florian M. Kovar, MD welcomes you as a direct-payer. All fees in relation to in and out patient services have to be paid directly to PD Florian M. Kovar, MD. Depending on the amount of expected accumulated fees and in relation to the AGBs upfront payment under certain circumstances may be mandatory.
If you have medicare by Austrian Government PD Florian M. Kovar, MD welcomes you as a direct-payer. All fees in relation to in-patient and out-patient services have to be paid directly to PD Florian M. Kovar, MD. Depending on the amount of expected accumulated fees and in relation to the AGBs upfront payment under certain circumstances may be mandatory.
